Many people are puzzled by the success of the internet. I am puzzled why they are puzzled. The internet is a manifestation of what is good in the world. Of course where there is good there is also evil.
But the internet repersents the biggest single advancement in technology in the 20th century. The scary part is from a business perspective the surface only has been scratched. It will only get bigger and better.
Think for a minute what you can do on the internet. Up to the minute news and sports; opinions from the world over via blogs; shopping at the click of a mouse at more stores than you can imagine. You can do your banking, pay your bills, look for a movie, soon go to a movie. It is truly the marvel of our times.
What has the internet done for you? How has your life changed because of the internet? If you think of the changes, I think you will agree it has been for the better.
