RETURNS AND OTHER POLICIES
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- My goal is very simple: to provide you with best products at a fair price with the best service anywhere; to create great value for you while keeping you and your family safe. Old school? Yes I guess so. It's the only way I know!! I try very hard to insure your satisfaction. If ever there is a problem with one of my products we will exchange or refund in accordance with our policies below.
GENERAL-By ordering from our site, you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or you have parental/guardian permission to order from our site. You are also certifying that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
There are State and Local restrictions in a few jurisdictions prohibiting the possession or use of stun guns, pepper sprays and a few other items shown on our web site.
It is YOUR responsibility as buyer, not SECURITY SOLUTIONS to understand your local, state, and federal laws before placing an order.
ORDERING- Orders received before 1 PM MST will usually go out the same day. I always notify my customers when their order ships out with a UPS tracking number and expected delivery day.
When you order your name automatically goes into my newsletter list. You have several options if you wish to opt out of this valued feature of doing business with us.
We will make every effort to see that your order arrives in a timely manner however we are not responsible for the untimely or late arrival of your order. We have no control over USPS, UPS or any other carrier used to ship your order.
SHIPPING-
All orders are shipped the same day they are ordered if the order is received before 1 PM MST or within 24 hours. Weekend and Holiday purchases will ship the next business day. Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can track your order on its way to you. There are no surprise costs involved. We pay the shipping cost for orders over $125.00. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you have a POB the order will go USPS.
Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost. We can usually get a shipment to you the next day if we get the order before 1PM MST. Expedited shipping is charged at our cost. It is not a profit center.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY-Be assured that your shopping experience is completely safe. The order site is secured using a Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate which encrypts all data to and from the site. You can be assured of the security of your information.
CANCELLATIONS -Orders can not be cancelled after they have already shipped.
RETURNS- We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on our self defense items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 10 days from the actual delivery date you received your order. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when doing so. We do not pay for return shipping.
Exchanges or refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Upon receipt of a defective item, it will be carefully inspected and tested for a manufacturer's defect. If we find that it is not a manufacturer's defect but was damaged due to customer misuse, we will not credit or exchange the item.
Instructions for ALL Returns
All returns must be authorized by SECURITY SOLUTIONS before the product(s) is returned. You may contact us at 719-289-0440 or returns@aaa-safetyfirst.com to get an RMA #
You MUST obtain approval from us to return your order for ANY reason. Your RMA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the package. We will give you shipping instructions. We suggest that you send your return via UPS because it is easily trackable. If you prefer to use US Mail, we recommend you insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the return gets to us.
1. NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS- All non-defective product(s) being returned must be received by us in resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature. In addition the item, packaging, accessories and accompanying literature must also be in the same condition it was when you received it or you WILL NOT be processed.
2. RESTOCKING FEE-A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all non defective returned items
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS -As with any type of product line, there will occasionally be an item that just doesn't work. Rest assured that if you receive a defective product we will replace the product or refund the purchase price for you and you will NOT be charged for shipping it back to you. SECURITY SOLUTIONS will not ship out a replacement until we receive the defective one first. Many of our products have LIFETIME WARRANTIES. We stand behind our products.
PLEASE NOTE- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to SECURITY SOLUTIONS. We will not reimburse you for the cost of shipping to return an item.
We cannot accept pepper sprays back unless we sent the wrong item or it's defective
SELF DEFENSE DVDs - Since DVD'S can be copied they can NOT be returned unless defective. Defective DVDs must be received by us before a replacement can be shipped out. Replacement DVDs will be for the same title as the returned defective DVD.
